What is it?
Form to text
A visitor fills in the form on your site. The lead gets a confirmation text, and you get the lead as a text on your phone. The email copy still arrives, as it does on every plan.
A text is easier to answer than an email when you are on a ladder. The lead is in the same place you already read messages.
Only when they ticked the box
The text goes out only when the visitor ticked the consent box on the form. If they did not tick it, the message still reaches your email and no text is sent.
We do not text people who did not ask for it, and every text has a way to stop.
Two-way texting
The customer can reply, and the reply comes to your phone. You answer from the same number and the whole conversation stays in one thread.
