SMS Terms
Program: Pagebob messages. Operated by Prodmake, trading as Pagebob. Effective October 30, 2026.
Pagebob messages is the text message program for pagebob.com and for the sites we run for our clients. These terms apply to every text sent through the program.
Who receives texts
- People who send the preview form on this site and tick the box agreeing to texts about their preview. The box starts empty. Ticking it is optional and is not a condition of a preview or a purchase.
- Customers of a business we host who first called or wrote to that business, and who agreed to be contacted by text.
- A client's own customers who opted in to review requests, referrals or repeat-customer messages from that business.
We do not text people who did not call, write or opt in first. We do not buy phone lists.
What the messages say
- About a preview: that the site draft is ready, and a link to it.
- For a business we host: replies to a message or a call, job details, a review request, and now and then a note about a service the customer used before.
- How to stop receiving messages.
How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on the business and on how often you contact it. We do not send a fixed number of texts a month, and we cannot promise a set limit.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not us.
Texting a business address is not a place for emergency requests. Call 911 if something is an emergency.
Stopping and help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@pagebob.com.
- After STOP you may get one message confirming the opt-out. After that, no more texts from that program unless you message the business again.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the carrier network and on the handset.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle mobile numbers. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
