Terms of Service

These terms cover pagebob.com and the website service we sell from it. Prodmake, trading as Pagebob is the seller of record. "Pagebob" is the name we trade under.

The service

We build your website from your public Google listing and your answers, host it, and maintain it while you pay for a plan. What each plan includes is on the pricing page. The site itself, hosting, phone tap, the form to your email, on-page local SEO, the weekly report and one small edit a month are in every plan.

You see a preview before you pay. Looking at the preview costs nothing and does not commit you to a plan.

Month to month

Plans run month to month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We invoice or send a payment link before each month starts.

Cancel by email to hello@pagebob.com. You keep the month you have already paid for and the site runs to the end of that paid period. We do not refund part of a month that has already started, except where we could not provide the service at all.

If a payment fails we tell you and give you time to fix it. If it stays unpaid we may take the site offline after telling you once.

What you own

Your business name, your facts, your photos and your domain are yours. You give us permission to use them to build, host and maintain your site, and to show it as a preview. That permission ends when the plan ends, apart from a copy we keep to prove what we published.

If you leave, ask us and we give you the text and photos we created for your site. Your domain is registered in your name, or we transfer it to you on request.

What we do not promise

• We do not promise a place on Google, more calls or more jobs.
• We do not write or filter reviews. Review requests go to every finished customer with the same link.
• We do not promise that a text or a call is delivered; carrier networks decide that.
• Nothing is unlimited. Where a plan gives an allowance, such as 100 minutes of AI call time, we tell you before more is bought.

Parts that are still rolling out

Some parts of the higher plans are being built and are not available to every client today. They are marked on the pricing page. We tell you what is live before you choose a plan, and we do not charge for a part before it works.

Your responsibilities

Give us facts that are true, and tell us when they change. Do not ask us to publish claims, photos or offers you cannot support. Do not use the site or the text program for anything unlawful, or to message people who did not ask to hear from you.

Ending it

You can end a plan at any time by email. We can end a plan if it is unpaid or if you ask us to do something unlawful or abusive, after telling you and giving you a chance to fix it. When a plan ends we keep the site up until the end of the paid month, then take it down unless you ask us to keep a copy.

Other services

Your site uses services we do not own: the domain registrar, Google, our hosting and our messaging provider. Their terms apply to their part. We keep our side working, and we tell you when a problem is theirs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to a plan you pay for, we email you before it takes effect. The current version is always on this page.
