Privacy Policy

This policy covers Pagebob at pagebob.com and the websites and messages we run for our clients. It says what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is written to be read, not to hide anything.

What we collect

When you send the preview form, we collect:

• Your business name and the city you work in.
• Your name, mobile phone number and email address.
• Anything you write in the message box.
• The plan you asked about.
• Whether you ticked the box to receive texts about your preview, and when you agreed.

When a visitor uses a site we host, the site records the page visit and, if the visitor taps the call button, that a call was started. A contact form on a client site is sent to that client, and a copy stays with us as the site operator. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as the IP address, the page and the time, for security and to keep the service running.

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads nothing from another domain, including fonts and scripts.

What we do with it

• Build your preview site from your public Google listing and your answers, and email you the link.
• Reply to you about the preview, the site and your plan.
• Send texts about your preview, only if you ticked the box.
• Run the site, the weekly report and the plan you pay for.
• Keep records we need for billing, support and the law.

We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. Ticking the text box is never a condition of getting a preview or buying anything.

Mobile information and text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share a mobile number with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, and with nobody else for marketing. The SMS Terms say who is texted, how often and how to stop.

Who processes data for us

• Our hosting and network provider, which serves this site and the sites we host.
• Our email provider, which delivers preview links and messages between you and us.
• Our messaging provider, when you have agreed to texts.
• Our payment provider, when a plan is paid for.

Each of them handles the data only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Preview requests are kept while we work on the preview and for up to 12 months afterwards. Client records are kept while the plan runs and for as long as billing or tax rules require. Ask us to delete a preview request and we do it, unless we must keep a record by law.

Your choices

Email hello@pagebob.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Reply STOP to end texts, or HELP for help at any time. If you are on a client's site and want your details removed from that business's records, contact the business, and tell us if they do not answer.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell clients by email. The current version is always on this page.
